African leaders signed a peace accord to try and bring peace to the DR of the Congo. They tried signing it last month but it it was dismissed. Thousands of people were displaced since March 23rd of last year from when the rebels started to rebel. The Rebels want to improve living conditions. The region also has many mineral deposits .
It is great that the country is trying to establish peace.
