Little girls nightmare by Ayanna

On August 28th a little girl named Avalynn suffered abuse from a fellow classmate while she was on her school's playground. Avalynn was kicked harshly in the face until she fell off if the slide. Policemen are avoiding an investigation because her teachers said they never heard her scream. Avalynn mother has taken matters into her own hands and has started a social media campaign to help little Avalynn get the justice she deserves.

I don't belive that Avalynn attack was an accident. I belive that the teachers need to work on better supervision otherwise this situation probably wouldn't have happened or should simply be fired. To me it doesn't matter if they her heard her scream or not they don't know if she became unconscious while she was being kicked. Avalynn's case deserves an investigation. A VA LYNN DESERVES JUSTICE! !!!!

 Summary:

 In the current situation of the border crossing crisis, the KKK have come forward pushing for the idea that by shooting and leaving the bodies of children crossing the border, a powerful message will be sent to future illegal immigrants.

 Robert Jones, the Imperial Klaliff of the sect Loyal White Knights, states:

“To me, they’re breaking the law when they come here. If we can’t turn them back, I think if we pop a couple of them off and leave the corpses laying on the border, maybe they’ll see that we’re serious about stopping immigration.”

 Jones also states:

“These people are criminals to begin with when they come to our country. When they come here and cross our borders illegally, they’re breaking the law. What makes you think they’re going to continue to stop breaking the law once they get here? They’re going to continue breaking the law once they get here."

 Analysis:

The children which the Klan call "criminals" are by all means not what they make people believe. According to the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, signed by President George W. Bush, entry into the U.S. by these children is completely legal. Jones has also been in the news, apparently voicing concerns over the KKK's recent 'candy and fliers' recruiting. Shooting children and even suggesting it, is all completely immoral and gruesomely sick. Something you would expect from an infamous cult such as the KKK. The claims that they have made, such as "We get thousands of people calling us a day, sending money, donations. People want to see more rallies. They’re begging us to come to their town.”  have been backed by absolutely NO evidence, and has no logic backbone. It based on their own hateful wishing. Killing a human being is something demoralizing and sinful. Killing an innocent child, who is doing absolutely no harm, is unmistakably s evil.

Environmental Issues In China -8th period

  Being that China is having pollution with their water, air, even farm animals. Sickly and ill pig bodies are being found in nearby drinking holes and the air is basically clogging up. With more industrialization coming up and more population, the amount of waste, water, oils, and gases will be expelled, causing China To have a big environmental problems with their ecosystems.
  Can China fix this is the question. It all depends on how they decide to handle it. China already has population restriction so we are just gonna have to wait and see what happens.

The ISIS beheaded Foley for supposed retaliation against the group.


  Even I'd Foley did retaliate I do not believe he should be killed
in such a harsh way.Beheading is not just punishing someone
for what they appertly did but a act of injustice because all they want to
 do is send a message to the world of not wanting to be messed with or will

Fast food workers plan nationwide strike on Thursday: Mackenzie McGregor (6th period)

   This upcoming Thursday, thousands of fast food employees will go on strike for the "Fight for $15" movement. These strikes have been occurring over the past two years, but this will be the first time in which these strikes could possibly use civil disobedience along the lines of violence. The "Fight for $15" campaign demands a minimum wage of $15 and the right to form a union. Many participants of this strike emphasize that they will "whatever it takes" to ensure the campaign's success. It is great to see that Americans are no longer willing to sit back and be satisfied with little to no pay, but there is no need for these people to use violence and other illegal activities as a way to get their point across.

Family Pleads For Treatment Of Boy With Brain Cancer - Trent Hagar

The Parents of Ashya King, a 5 year old brain cancer patient, appeared in a Madrid court today to explain why they requested proton beam treatment after British doctors said it would be ineffective. The Spanis doctors, however, have said the opposite. They believe that the boy would benefit from the treatment, and the King family has claimed that they would pay for it in full provided that the boy could be treated in Spain. The couple has also announced that they will not return to Britain voluntarily, as the doctors refuse to perform the treatments. I believe that the family has every right to seek attention elsewhere, especially based on the circumstances in which the doctors are refusing to treat the boy, and they are agreeing not to use British insurance. Not to mention that the boy is terminally ill, and the proton beam treatment could possibly be his last hope. Certain practices such as this one are not allowed in the United States and other countries due to their early state and high risk factors, but in my opinion the patient should be allowed to take these risks if their life depends on it or they are near death.
