Dai'El Maraire - Athlete killed his girlfriend ?

Analysis : I heard this story not to long ago , I don't necessarily see why a young athlete for South Africa would want to commit a crime,and jeopardize his job. The story talks about a man "Oscar Pistorius" who murdered his girlfriend Ms.Reeva Steenkamp, why ? He says that he mistook her for a burglar , he still denies that he killed her . "The governing African National Congress (ANC) said his comments were racist " - BBC News . Going off what Ive read I'm truly not sure if he killed her or not because I don't know anyone who would jeopardize their job,but then again everyone is different.
