This past Thursday, a Brazilian man confessed to murdering 39 women. He explained the charade as sprouting from a desire to steal simple things when a child that continued to grow. Sailson Jose das Gracas claims the problem to be psychological. Police are going to carry out and continue with the investigation.
What is wrong with people? This is a horrible thing and honestly shows how sick humans can be. The article didn't say, but I would hope that they wouldn't allow this man to be free while this investigation is under way.
