Ellie bush current event

A federal appeals court panel asked a government lawyer skeptical questions about why they should or should not restore Trump’s executive order temporarily barring refugees and citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States. Justice Department lawyer August E. Flentje argued that the order was “well within the president’s power as delegated to him by Congress,” and that the president had determined there was a “real risk” in not pausing travel to the U.S. from those countries. The 3-judge panel seemed skeptical about how much authority Trump and the government actually have.

I think that the idea of temporarily not letting some people into the US is pointless for the people who have a green card and are citizens of America. It just seems dumb to temporarily not let them back in.

  1. If the people who already have Visas and Green Cards are not let in too America that would be ridiculous because if they got in any sort of trouble they would get deported anyway.

  2. I think that the Travel Ban shouldn't even be a thing of question. It completely ruins the idea of America being a FREE country, that welcomes EVERYONE from EVERY race.
