kids walking out of schools for protest-valerie Garcia

Last Friday, February the 17th, kids in all different schools like Skyline, Sunset, and Molina were walking out of class to protest. They were protesting for the rights of immigrants, mostly Hispanic immigrants. A majority of the school walked out. 

I think peaceful protest are okay. There have been lots lately and i understand why. The kids who walked out in protest didn't do it just to do it. The schools i named are populated with mostly Hispanics. Some of those kids have illegal parents and want to speak there mind. Keep in mind people dont always let kids do that so what to they do? They walk out of school in protest. I am also Hispanic but i am thankful my parents were born here and are legal. I hope these kids got there point across.
