Summary:
Recently in Europe a deadly storm occurred; a hurricane and bad weather had caused serious issues. Because of this, many public transit systems have been ruined, trees have fallen, cars have been tipped over, streets have been flooded, electrical and phone lines have been ruined, causing MANY deaths!
Analysis:
I think this is horrible, as it's very sad that all these lives have been lost. I think traffic will be much a bigger problem as the streets have been messed up. I also find it very sad for the lives/homes that have been lost as these houses on the coast fall off the cliff as a tide pulls them.

Wow. We really are blowing this ice "storm" out of proportion, aren't we?
