A lot of people (over half) still feel uncomfortable coming out in there workplace. Even if the people they work for support LGBT rights, they still are not comfortable coming out of the closet.
I think that more things should be done to make these people feel comfortable and not have to hide their identity. The majority of America now supports gay marriage, but its sad that in some places people don't feel comfortable enough to be who they are.
