A man from Tampa, Florida recently died testing a bullet proof vest. The man had a bullet proof vest in his house and was wondering if it would work, so he had his cousin shoot him in the chest while he was wearing it. Unfortunately it didn't work and his cousin shot, wounded him, and he later died. But according to another witness the man was sitting in a chair with the vest on and thought outloud "hmm I wonder if it works" and his cousin just grabbed a gun and said "lets see" and then shot him.
Which story do you think is the real one, was it just an accident or did the mans cousin purposely shoot him?

ReplyDeleteIt's probably a better idea to put the vest on a dummie than test it like that. After all a bullet proof vest may help a little bit with protection but its better not to fully rely on it.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why they did not put the vest on an inanimate object then fire, instead of risking his life. If his cousin really just randomly shoot him, well that's not a good cousin.
ReplyDeleteMost people would have thought that if your testing to see if it works then that means it might not work and you could get hurt. But they obviously weren't thinking. Next time they should try it on something that isn't living.
ReplyDeleteHonestly I don't agree with the man gambling with his life but if it was murder then there is a pretty good chance that the man would only get of on man slaughter.
ReplyDeleteIf his cousin did shoot him to test it out, I would like to know a little more about they're relationship with one another to collecthe more information and come to a conclusion.
