This past Friday in the U.K. there was one of the largest ransomware attacks. It seems the ransomware took over the switchboards and turned off the phone systems. About 16 hospitals in england operates on National Health Service, which is also known as NHS, and those hospitals were attacked. Because of this, it impacted tens of thousands of computers all over, and it affected the FedEx in America.
That's so crazy that this ransomware attack was so powerful that it was able to go attack in other countries as well. Hopefully they will figure out how to fix this and how to make sure they don't have this happen ever again.

I wonder how a ransomware attack like this works. I hope they can fix the damage that was done before this happens again.
ReplyDeleteThis is crazy and I hope it can get under control. I wouldn't want anything else bad to happen.
ReplyDeleteI hope they prevent this from happening again because that ruins businesses.
