Kroger has now recalled all of its macadamia nuts from its shelves. The nuts are believed to have  been contaminated by a piece of equipment . The equipment had listeria, and was beloved to have contaminated the nuts too. However, an investigation showed that the nuts were negative for the disease, and no one has become ill. This relates to history because it is a effect of trade. The bird were made at one location, but because of trade traveled to people all around the world.
