Cookies, Aeva Ramirez4

In Wisconsin a judge is debating about passing a law that would make it illegal to sell homemade baked goods. If a person sold baked goods without a permit they would either spend six months in jail or pay a $1000 fine. The hope is to prohibit any illegal selling or food poisoning, ect.  Many families however feel that it is to dramatic. People in Wisconsin often work on farms, which isn't easy, and the extra cash made from selling baked goods is really needed.

I know lately I've been blogging about pretty trivial matters but it's either this or talking about Trump  or another nation upset with Trump and nuclear bombs, which I'd rather stay away from because I already hear about it all the time at home and school so on that note here you go, cookies!!! I can see where this judge is coming from however I do feel that the bill is a bit of overkill. Plus if all states started doing that then we would have to say goodbye to amazing Larsen cookies.

  1. It's so dumb to see this is actually a thing. They're just baked goods, not baked bombs. Its not gonna kill anyone to eat a cookie, even though there may be some hazards.

  2. This is on of those laws that's like chemotherapy, it fixes the really bad problems, but gets rid of the little good things too.

  3. I don't understand why this is a problem. I would like to know the reasoning behind this law.

  4. I agree this is dramatic and a big step. I see where the judge is going with this and doesn't want people giving others food poisoning, or illegally selling items. However i don't think this is the right way to solve this problem.
