Philippine Troops launched attacks to clear the ISIS - linked Militants. It was backed up by tanks and rocket-firing helicopters.Then the Philippine troops launched the "precision attacks". The linked to the Islamic state group from a city that has been under a raid that failed to capture one of Asia's Militants. I think it was wrong but right.
