Vancouver has decided to band whales and dolphins at aquariums because they are not having the proper life they need. They decided to make this a law there, because they feel like these practices are cruel and dangerous for their health. In 2002, Aurora's ,a beluga whale, first calf died nine days before Aurora herself. Hopefully what is done, is the best for these animals.
I agree with this. Animals of this size are not meant to be kept in small tanks.
ReplyDeleteI am so HAPPY about how people are actually taking action to protect our animals instead of harming them. I completely agree with this and i hope that countries worldwide recognize this and do the same to keep animals safe.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's cool to see a dolphin or whale in a tank and see them upclose. But think about how the animal feels and think about how this affects the animal.
