In Zhengzhou, China, people have had to line up to get fresh air from a bag. Zhengzhou is one of the most polluted cities. The Laojun Mountain Natural Reserve Development Co. brought bags of air from the Laojun Mountain. Zhengzhou has a very unhealthy rating on the Air Quality Index. The air from the mountains was gone quickly because so many people wanted and needed to have fresh air. Some adults even sacrificed their air for children.
This is terrible. There's way too much pollution in the air. It shouldn't have gotten to the point where people need to transport clean air to areas of such poor quality. Somehow, we need to fix this, and that starts with reducing how much pollution we create. I don't want this to end up like Wall-E!

If it's to the point they're having to bring air in bags into the city, the people should just evacuate! I understand that they may not want to leave their homes, but the pollution has become a health risk and it would be best if they found someplace else to stay until the pollution is gone, or at least lessened to the extreme. I agree with you, it sounds like the Wall-E movie!
ReplyDeleteThaats it. The apocalypse has begun. Once it starts, the only thing now we can do it delay it from spreading as best as we can. I fear we will all die before any of us turn 40.
ReplyDeleteThis scares me. The thought of running out of air... and it's self inflicted! We're putting this upon ourselves. There needs to be a solution as quickly as possible.
