In a recent U.N. meeting the North Korean representative made a statement denouncing the United States of America. This lead to North Korea's Representative made statements about refusing for the any one to come in and change the regime. It should be emphasized that these statements are only used as tactics by North Korea to seems as if they are more powerful then they actually are, and if North Korea makes a threat acknowledge and move on.
