Nigerian kidnappings- sk hatcher

Chibok Nigeria hit with tragedy. 230 girls were kidnapped out of their government school. There were more than 85 Islamic extremists responsible. The government is now trying to justify this and it's being passed as a minor affair as mass kidnapping a are not an uncommon occurrence there. 

This is so scary. I can't imagine not feeling safe in my school. This is one place that should feel like a sanctuary from the outside world and they were taken from there. And that the government is slightly overlooking this is so much worse. If anything like that were to happen here it would be crazy, so why not there?

    the poor parents! I feel so bad for them as they are flooding with grief while the government doesn't bat an eye.

    I agree. That many girls kidnapped is a HUGE deal. They definitely need to investigate further into this. I hope all the girls are returned safely and that the government makes sure this does not happen again.
