In South Korea there was a ferry that had recently broken down but they were unable to use the life boats due to failure. They boat crew radioed to several people informing them of the danger the boat was in and the people in it.
I feel that it's a great duty if America to insure the safety of out transportation via water. There have been many incidence lately and it's not good
