Jethro Mullen from CNN writes about a 26 year old who was out boating with friends. At some point along their trip they found a dead whale and the young man decided it would be a good idea to "surf" on top of the dead whale. As soon as he jumped on it and they dove into the water, multiple sharks started taking chomps out of the dead whale while he was on it. This whole occasion was caught on video as well.
I think this is completely idiotic and he knew it. He even said that he saw the sharks but decided to threaten his life anyway and jump in. One of the sharks could have mistaken his body for the whale and he could have been dead on the spot. There was no reason to do this except impress his friends which is a terrible reason.
Some people just don't genuinely care about their well being. That man was lucky, but he needs to find other ways to experiment his daredevilness
