Couple Rescued from Island

A fifthy year old couple were found on the inhabited island of Fayu in Micronesia.The couple were trying to get to Weno island but,ended up on the wrong one.The Couple was reported missing from a week before and were spotted by their SOS sign.Acording to the US Embassy of Kolonia"the couple was waiting for someone to take them home."
Analysis:The best thing that this couple did was to write a SOS sign because it helped to their salvation.They knew and were prepared for this type of disaster.It is always good to know what are the procedures for these types of emergencies.

Where is Micronesia? I wasn't aware that there were actual islands that were uninhabited by people. It is actually lucky that they were spotted by an SOS in the sand. I have seen this on movies but have never heard of it actually working and saving people...pretty awesome!
