Horse meat found in hamburgers in

Britain and Ireland

Recently in Ireland The Irish Food Safety Authority found that out of every 27 hamburgers they tested for horse DNA, 10 were positive. Not long after did they realize this mysterious meat was also being sold in Britain. The Irish authority said that the horse patties were being sold in many different supermarkets, all receiving there meats from two different meat processing plants, one in Ireland and the other in Britain. Each of the hamburgers that were tested positive was made up of 1% to 30% horse meat. The product has now been ripped from the self and no more of the companies goods will be sold in store anymore. The supermarket stores apologize to their costumers with sincerity and have this to say.
Tesco- "  We understand that many of our customers will be concerned by this news, and we apologize sincerely for any distress." Many of the people who populate Ireland and Europe show their distaste over the revelations on social media. This story shocked me very much and to think that they actually killed horses and used the meat as beef. If I were a victim and I found out about this I would probably never eat meat again and like the People Who live in Britain I would be very upset.
