Mr. Putin Russia's president bestowed Russian citizenship on the actor "Gerard Depardieu".Because Mr.Depardieu was protesting "make the rich pay higher taxes" ,Putin later then replied " If Gerard really wants to have a Russian providence or passport we will consider it a done deal"
Analysis: I think no-one should have to pay more or less than the other ,this isn't only a concern over seas but also in the states.
