Polices are blaming pro-British extremist for the loud protests in North Ireland over at the city council. In East Belfast 250 protesters gathered, they had many weapons, including petrol and paint bombs, fireworks and heavy masonry which were thrown at the police officers. Around 52 police officers were injured because of these exploiting and dangerous protests. During these protests so far 4 people were arrested. Police say the members of the Ulster Volunteer Force are responsible. They say this group is "orchestrating violence for their own selfish motives." If these protests continue it is said things like drugs, alcohol, and other severe situations will be hard to handle, or they might not even be able to control the situations.
Officers really need to get these protesters off the streets if it is causing danger. Or maybe the council should just listen to them and work something out so protesters won't put people in danger or cause any more harm.

The protesters obviously have something important that they are trying to get through to the council. The two opposing sides should try to talk and compromise instead of allowing the protesters to get so out of hand and cause such a disturbance.
