drone malfunction causes 2 injuries- Andrew Tunell

At Point Mugu off the coast of souther California a drone malfunctioned. The USS Chancellorsville a guided missile cruiser was testing the radar with the drone when it malfunctioned and crashed in to the ship. The two sailors were injured with minor burns, and the ship was damaged from the collision.  The cause of the malfunction is unknown.
Drones are already a point of controversy in the United States because of the amount of civilian casualties caused by them. I think this is proof that it is still a imperfected technology.  I think drones can be useful to help reduce the number of US solider casualties but the Arm needs to use them more responsibly.

  1. The government/army should probably find a secluded and barren place to test the drones to perfection,to avoid any more mishaps like this again.

  2. They shouldn't depend heavily on drones, just in case they cause an accident like this.
