Summary: A Black Kangaroo was spotted in Moscow, November 14th. A couple driving through southeastern Russia saw the kangaroo and fed it some banana. Residents of the Saratov region have spotted this stray Kangaroo at least twice this year in spring and summer. Speculation pertaining to where the Kangaroo could have come from has been spreading throughout the region.
Analysis: Wherever the Kangaroo came from, I'm glad the community's response has been kind so far. It seems like no one has tried to poach the animal. Hopefully it will be able to survive in Russia's cold climate.
