Seven inmates were killed with homemade knives in a Mexico prison. I think this is horrible and that the guards should have been watching. They should have noticed that they were creating weapons in their prison cell. I think that there are several things that could be done to make improvements. these include things as simple as keeping a better watch on the prisoners, checking them and their belongings constantly, or something along these lines.
