Summary: Two poachers were caught in Maua, Kenya after they were arrested by Kenya Wildlife Service rangers while selling two ivories. The suspects will be arraigned in court after investigations. The National Park senior warden Kenneth Ochieng called upon the community to pass on any information that could help convict them in the case.
Analysis: Hopefully the neighbors will come forward with any information they have on these guys. To be caught selling those items should be enough proof as is that they were poaching, but apparently not. It is sad to think that so many poachers are still out there and the witnesses are doing nothing against them.

I completely agree. You would think that the people being affected the most by the loss of endangered animals would speak out against poaching the most, but apparently not. Hopefully these two men will be properly punished for what they've done.
ReplyDeleteWow I can't believe that isn't enough for a conviction, I think the neighbors will help, this is a very serious problem in africa
