we all saw that our President Donald Trump put up a travel ban in mostly Muslim countries. And the three judge panel didn't reinstate the ban. After seeing the that the Federal judges didn't reinstate the ban Trump went to twitter and said "I'll see you in court". The white house is trying to get the ban reinstated. They said the rulling of renistating the ban was bais but then federal judges were eleted by both democratic and republican presidents.
All these mess just shows us that our check and balances is still good and in place. Honestly that travel ban was unconstitutional and the federal judges saw that and that's why they didn't reinstate it. I think its was a good ruling for them not to reinstate it, and honestly no one really knew what meant Trump said when he would see them in court. But it is obvious that Trump won't stop till the ban is reinstated.
