In Portland, Ore masked vigilantes are going around and repairing potholes. These "masked superheroes" are dressed as ninjas filling potholes. Many people in the neighborhood are happy with their work and say that they don't need to be masked. They are the praise of the city for some and a concern for others. City officials say that it's not safe for them and others. They could get hurt in traffic or danger someone else by not filling in the potholes properly.
I think it's so cool of these people to do this. I'm so curios if they just woke up one morning and was like, I'm going to dress like a ninja a fill potholes cuz it's my civil duty. I totally understand the complications and concerns too. I'm just bummed that such a spontaneous action has such mixed feelings.

I think it's hilarious and impressive that they would have the courage to dress up like ninjas and fix public issues. Not only are they doing something that helps the entire community but they also look really cool while doing it.
