In the U.S eating dogs and cats has been illegal for years. Recently, Taiwan just banned eating cats and dogs, creating an animal protection amendment. This movement was sparked by outraged animals lovers who had to witness slaughtering of animals. Violators of this law will be named and information willshown publicly. This new law in Taiwan is expected to create a new trend all across Asia.

It seems crazy that other countries eat dogs and cats. I am so glad that this act is becoming illegal so we can protect these precious creatures.
ReplyDeleteWhy did it take Taiwan so long to ban the eating of cats and dogs? I am glad they have come to the realization that eating these poor animals is wrong.
