The attack on Prince Harry which happened Friday Night  has offically been recorded and reported. The Indian Express published the article on September 16th, 2012 at 1:32am by the journalist Kabul.
After seeing the story on "Good Morning America" I became instantly interested on what was actually happening. Apparently there was a whole plan that was suppose to be successful by attacking the Prince while he is serving overseas. Two American Marines were killed along with 5 fighter jets that were destroyed. Even with the loss of some of our brave men, 18 of the 19 attackers were killed and 1 was arrested. The Taliban attackers were dressed as U.S soldiers, which gave U.S government officials the impression The Taliban is trying to start a war between The British troops and the U.S troops. This article was written for all audiences and to give a glimpse what is happening overseas. Prince Harry is still on duty and does not plan to leave. I think that it is very important we constantly know whats going on overseas, so that we can continue to support our troops. They fight and work very hard for our country and safety no matter if they are a prince or just a regular guy from Dallas, Texas. My condolences go out to both families that lost there sons. I thank and appreciate the troops that help protect me and I hope we can all do something to show that.

  1. I honor those serving in the military and they are risking their lives for us, which should be celebrated, not taken for granted. The attack is uncalled for and should not have happened. Furthermore, I hope that conflicts between the US and the Middle East are resolved soon.

  2. I agree with Nina, the military does an immense amount of service for us that goes uncelebrated or unappreciated, this attack was completely uncalled for.
