9 Year-Old Stowaway by Anna Pickett

     A 9-year-old boy sneaked onto a plane to Las Vegas without his parents knowing. He went onto a Delta Air Lines flight without a boarding pass or a ticket. He was able to go through security in the airport in his home town, Minneapolis, even without a boarding pass. Apparently, the boy was talking with an agent at the gate and walked past him when the agent was distracted. The boy is back in Minneapolis with his family.

     I'm so confused as to how this boy was able to get on a plane without any boarding pass or anything. The people who work at this airport really need to get themselves together. Clearly, most of the workers were not doing their job correctly or were just being lazy. A 9-year-old should not be able to outsmart a larger group of adult workers. I'm glad the boy is back with his family.
