Boy, 6, drowns in Carnival cruise ship pool by scarlet chimney

After a four day trip on the carnival cruise on the way back. A boy was seen underwater. They tried to bring him back to life but they failed. 
The boy was six years old 

This is frightening because I've been on the ship cruise before. I feel that they should have better regulations or more safety for life guarding.

    Maybe they should have people do a swim test before they go to the deep end.
