Shooting at Hmong New Years by Jackson Daughety

The Hmong New Years celebration in Tulsa, Oklahoma was going great until a man walked in and started shooting. Nobody knows his motives, but he was arrested. People were hit and seriously wounded, but nobody was killed. Police are pretty sure that Ming Mee (19 years old) was the culprit. He and the driver Boon Mee were arrested that night after a police helicopter saw their car driving as a gun was being thrown out the window. Its really scary that people keep doing this. The government does nothing to help at all either, making it even more worrysome. Its like they can't even learn from their own mistakes. The question is: when are guns just going to be outlawed entirely? Because that seems to be the only solution. None of the current gun laws are doing anything and people are still dying. I understand that hunting is still a sport so completely banning guns is not really fair, also it is in our constitution, but how many people have to die for us to change the constitution? Because the founding fathers most likely would have not included that right if they could have seen the present state of things. http://www.cnn.com/2013/10/13/justice/tulsa-hmong-shooting/index.html?hpt=hp_t2

  1. They need to make background checks before they sell the firearms.....and they shouldn't sell guns above a certain caliber. This is ridiculous and the fact that the government is shutdown doesn't help.
