SUMMARY: What happened was that a U.S. Navy aircrafts were threatened over the Persian gulf by Iranian aircraft's as they were flying North of the Gulf. the U.S. was flying in international airspace, but apparently too close to the Iranian coast. Iranians made a radio call to not enter their airspace at risk of being shot down.
ANALYSIS: I think that the Iranians were just telling them to back off but to threaten them being shot down especially since they are in international airspace is just ridiculous.
