This September of 2012, 63% of the U.S.A. was ranging from moderate to exceptional droughts. It's twice as much as it was last year. It's been the biggest drought since 1956. Since there have been extremely hot, record breaking temperatures, we're thinking a dust bowl might be coming yet again. Is there a way to prevent it? Is hurricane Isaac helping us out?

I hope not the economy is already in debt. Having a dust bowl is just going to make things worse.
