Cocaine Breast Implants..? by Amanda Kipp

Last week, a woman flying from Bogota, Columbia (a destination known for a lot of drug trafficing) to Barcelona, Spain had blood under her breasts. First, this passenger was questioned  by some security officers who were skeptical of her "vague" anwsers. An officer patted down the passenger and found some bloody bandages under the woman's breasts. These bandages were hiding cuts and her breasts were hiding a "suspicous white substance." The suspect tried to tell officers that her new implants "didn't heal correctly" but they did not believe it so they took her to a local hospital. At the hospital, medics "extracted a bag-shaped prosthesis from each breast, containing a white, pasty substance." It turned out to be about 3 pounds of cocaine, worth $35,000 per pound.
