Nurse in UK royals prank buried in India - Jack VanGorden
Hundreds gathered this last Monday to mourn the India-born nurse that killed herself after the prank call about Prince William's pregnant wife. The service was held in southwest India. Jacintha Saldanha, a nurse that worked at the hospital that Kate was being treated at, was buried after a mass at Our Lady of Health. About 3,000 individuals attended the service. In early December, Saldanha took a prank call from two Australian radio show hosts who pretended to be the Queen and Prince Charles. Believing the two, she transferred the call to the hospital ward. After the hosts got some information, the phone call ended. Saldanha was then found hanging from a wardrobe at the hospital living quarters. According to the court, she left three notes around the hospital. Her family morns over the tragic loss and the show was taken off the radio.
