In Spain a woman was busted for having cocaine in her breasts implants. She was found out in an airport security check. She was questioned about why she was in town and she kept giving vague, suspicious answers. It aroused suspicion not only because she was on board a "hot flight" form a destination known for drug trafficking, but also because an officer found bloodied bandage material under the woman's breasts. The bandage was supposedly covering incisions and it was also covering a foreign white material. The woman explained that they were fresh breast implants that hadn't completely healed, but worried police officers sent her to a hospital. At the hospital the doctors found nearly 1.4 kilograms of cocaine under her breasts, which is the same as 3lbs. of cocaine. To put under perspective, pure cocaine costs $35,000 per pound. She was immediately sent to jail.
This crazy story showed us how hard it is to hide drugs from the police. It also tells us that drug trafficking is a horrible and unnecessary business that is way too life threatening.
