Blizzards hitting southwestern Europe have killed 6 people
and left many people stranded. Airports have been closed and public
transportation in big cities has been cut off. People were trapped in their
cars and icy roads caused cars to skid and block road passages. The weather is
getting better, but there is a warning for people to stay inside and not drive
because the roads are still icy. Officials say it’s the heaviest amount of snow
Croatia has seen in over 55 years.
It’s finally starting to feel like winter over here and
there are people dying in Europe because it’s so cold. I think it’s crazy how
fast you can get stranded in a car and it’s even crazier to think of how long
you’d have to sit there until you can get saved. I hope no one else dies from
this extreme weather.

ReplyDelete*meanwhile in Dallas* OMG there's ice on this leaf, school should be closed.
ReplyDeleteWow I am pretty sure Texas would not mind taking some of that snow. But I feel sad for those that died, and still stranded out in the blizzards.
