The EU, or European Union has recently accepted a Nobel Peace Prize. Though there is much controversy over the acceptance, I would agree that the EU has taken a country of war and violence to a country of peace. While its not quite the "World Peace" everyone hopes for, the EU has taken us one step closer to having that figured out. With Europe solving war in their country, who knows where it will be solved next!
