On November 2014 Philae the space probe landed on the comet, even after it had a malfunction for 10 years in space it finally landed on the comet. People all over the world watched as Philae landed on the comet and had success with the grounds team on earth. But The probes battery ran out of juice since it couldn't get any solar power from the sunlight and died.
