This is the kind of headline you'd see on the onion. Are you kidding me? Is this a joke? Considering????? WHY IS THIS NOT NECESSARY, AND WHY IS IT ONLY TOWARDS HOGH SCHOOLS, AND WHY IS THIS EVEN A QUESTION IN 2017? You and I could have been drinking lead our entire school careers and have never even known it. This should be a requirement and should be checked up on bi yearly. So disgusting.
