Something like this doesn't happen everyday in a rural community like Richland County. Fairmount Public School a small school with only about 112 students from grades from K-12. No one knows or understands why a student of a county so tight would preform such an action. It was totally uncalled for, the officers are trying to put the pieces together of why this student would do this. After the "incident" the school was put under lock down and were released from school for the rest of the day. I bet the students had something to tell their parents when they got home.
