At least nine are dead from hurricane Sandy, and thousands remain injured and homeless. Many of the citizens do not have the money to afford a new house either, and are hoping to get money from the government. To add on to the stress, thousands of homes that weren't completely demolished, are without electricity! Meaning no air conditioning, heating, refrigeration of food, or light! My hopes are that people will raise money for these poor families and maybe even get organizations together to help rebuild their damaged or destroyed houses.

I knew that the hurricane would have an effect on the United States but I had no idea that it would also effect Cuba as well.
