Lydia petree- Ecuadors deaf dictionary

Ecuador has just come out with its first official sign language dictionary! It aims towards getting deaf people the same equal opportunities that everyone else has. The meeting to launch the editorial project was held today.
I love this idea because it brings everyone equally together. It also helps people learn sign language which is something I've always wanted to do.
