Amateur Football Linesman Dead: Teens Charged by Kendall Ray

Tragedy has occurred in Holland this week. The 41-year-old referee of an Amateur football club was beaten to death. Who could have committed such a heinous crime, you ask? Try two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old.
As shocking as this seems, it is the truth. On Thursday these boys will appear before a judge for the death of Richard Nieuwenhuizen. They are being charged with assault, manslaughter and public violence.
Sadly, this is not the first death that has taken place this week. A 77-year-old also passes away at an Amateur football game. His death was caused by a karate kick.
Although this horrid atrocity is overwhelming, the public is trying to make the best out of it. All amateur football games for the rest of the week have been cancelled. The boys in suspicion have also been banned for life and their team has been yanked. There us also a minutes silence held at all professional games for the deaths that have occurred. Hopefully, justice will be served.

Analysis: This article shocked me. I didn't know that it was possible for such young people to do such terrible things. And the fact that this is the second death completely appalls me. My heart  goes out to the family and friends of the victims, may they rest in peace. I hope justice is served.

  2. Unfortunately, you are right, Alyssa. Some people can't seem to control themselves these days. I just hope that we will be able to bring the victims justice.
