Au Revoir to Criminal Charges: By Daizha Lankford

In the year 2000  flight took off from Paris,France on the airline Air France. Shortly after the takeoff a deadly crash took place. 113 people were killed and the continental airline was taken to court. After several years of trial, the Airline has been cleared of criminal charges. The small strip of titanium that caused the crash was investigated, and set the airline free from charges. They say the plane was improperly put together, which casued concern when the trial first started. Many people should read this article to see how one small complication to lead to 113 deaths a huge court complication. The article posted November 29th,2012 by the CNN wire staff is very interesting. If you were one of the families that lost a loved one, wouldn't you want someone to pay. Maybe the airline isn"t to blacme for the crash, but whoever made that plane should have some serious consequences. One mistake can lead to to pain and grief of hundreds.
