This past Sunday the highway between two populated cities Moscow and St. Petersburg strethced along 125 miles traffic. There was very little movement as cars and trucks just sat there. The jam was so bad that the people started to set up tents; but also began to eat, drink, and try to stay warm while waiting. By early evening the jam had cut down to only 34 miles, about every hour 3/4 of the jam cleared. This was said to be caused by the bad weather, in which snow fell and stuck to the roads but the citizens couldn't see because it was too foggy.

I wonder what caused this traffic to be so backed up. i would hate to sit in that! I hate being for traffic for 10 minutes, so feel these peoples pain.
