Record amount of cocaine found on French jet – Mia Sanchez
Earlier this month, a record amount of cocaine was found on
an airplane going from Venezuela to France.
The 1.3 metric tons, or about 2,900 pounds of cocaine would have sold
for over 67 million dollars. The cocaine
was packed in hard-sided suitcases and wrapped tightly in plastic. What concerns me most is how someone managed
to get over one ton of cocaine onto an airplane. A link in the article shows a video in French
showing about 30 suitcases worth of plastic-wrapped cocaine. Personally, I think that just maybe, security
in Venezuela needs just a little bit of tightening.
Thats completely ridiculous, the security does indeed need to improve. It astonishes me on how even ONE suitcase could be let through... Yikes
ReplyDeleteThey really need to get a stronger security system! One suitcase is bad to let slip by, 30 is unbelievable!
ReplyDeleteHow do you get that much ILLEGAL cocaine on a plane? Don't they have drug sensors at airports?
ReplyDeleteHow is it even possible to get that much illegal drugs on a jet?! They really to get a better security system.
